Hiring is just sales. I've worked in gritty sales since teens (all forms), allowing me to understand the psychology of persuasion. I then hacked hiring in 2 of the most competitive fields ("high finance" and "big tech"), always with multiple offers on the table. Extremely high conversion rate, even without prior experience in each field. Think of multiple venn diagrams intersecting — that's my unique perspective & specific knowledge. I'm bad at many things, but humbly 1 of 1 in the world at this tech hiring thing :) proof is in the pudding with all the people I’ve helped.

Having a job long-term is the riskier path. But in the short-medium term it's great. Tech jobs have lowest barrier to entry if you know how to play the hiring game like me. Get a tech job so you can "Mohnishmaxx" and barbell self-employed contracts or asymmetric bets until you are free.
